ROSAMAR RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while ensuring we can continue offering a high-quality retreat experience.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

. More than 75 days before the date of the retreat: Full refund minus a £99 admin fee

. Less than 30 days before the retreat: No refund, but you can transfer your booking to another person

Booking Transfer Option

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your booking to a friend or family member free of charge. Just let us know at least 7 days before arrival.

Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, flights, or emergencies.
